Secret for a Flat Stomach



To have a flat stomach your diet is critical, 50% of the equation, but the other 50% is exercise. You got to workout your abs to tighten your muscles that will keep flat your midsection.

But there is a little secret when working your abs, you got to strengthen the right ones, and those are....


Obliques

Obliques muscles are those ones on the sides of your tummy, and are so important because they support and compress the frontal wall of the abs (rectus abdominis)


That way obliques helps to maintain your abdomen flat.

Of course, you must to train all your abs muscles, just emphasis more your obliques to get better results flattening your stomach.
