Eat Fat to Burn Fat




Whaaat?

Yeah! You read it right!

Much people think that to burn fat and lose weight, you have to avoid eating fats by all means.

Nothing far from the truth.

Look, the body needs fats to work well. Fats makes your body to produce testosterone and Gh (Growth Hormone), these two hormones helps you burning fat, these are actually the holy grail to weight loss and you should take advantage to it.

Also, fats makes you feel full with less food, and of course that means.... losing weight.

Of course you should eat more good fats (unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats) instead of bad fats ( trans, saturated fats)

Good fats:

-Avocados
-Nuts
-Seeds
-Tuna
-Salmon
-Olive oil

Bad Fats:

-Animal fats:
 pork fat, chicken skin, hamburguers, ...
-Fried foods:
 french fries, nuggets, potato chips, .........
-Fast food:
 hamburguers, hot dogs, pizza, .......

You got the idea!

So, eat more good fats and try to avoid bad fats, you'll lose weight and your health is going to improve.
