One Simple Secret for Weight Loss



There's one ingredient so simple but really efective for weight loss, that many people not even take advantage of it.

It is..... Water.

More than 75% of your body is water. So what happens when you don't drink enough water during the day?

Your body is going to start trying to retain it. Why? To avoid dehydration.

You know, the body all the time is trying to compesate by itself, because it has only one goal, to survive. So if you don't give it what it needs to survive, it is gonna fix it by itself, or at least trying to do it.

So, if you drink more water daily, minimun 2 liters, your body will be hydrated all the time and it wouldn't be a reason to retain liquids. Your going to start releasing water, flushing out toxins in it, and of course it will help you to lose weight.

Another beneficial thing about water is that it makes you feel full, so you eat less.



Try this trick: Before you eat a meal, lunch, dinner, whatever it is, take a full glass of water and one more after your meal. You'll see how you eat less because of the full feeling.
